Ontario is the most populous of Canada’s ten provinces. Clearwater Bay is one of the land marks in Ontario and also one of the launching points for many lakes and parks (as well as the gateway on the Trans Canada Highway to Manitoba and Western Canada. It is a small village located about 24 kilometres (15 miles) west of Kenora. Clearwater Bay itself is one of the deepest parts of Lake of the forest with depths of 50+ metres (175 feet). There are two trailer parks in Clearwater Bay: Pye’s Landing and Pye’s Trailer Park. The Landing is on the water with seasonal trailer parking and connects, while the other park is on the other side of the highway of the waterfront.
