Arrowhead Provincial Park is home to a large variety of wildlife including deer, moose, fox, raccoon’s, skunks chipmunks, beaver, lots of birds and a wandering bear. The year-round park offers the hike or bicycle on trails which go around through maple forests and past waterfalls, beaver ponds and homesteaders’ farms. Quiet Arrowhead Lake is ideal for paddling, fishing and swimming. Park staff present guided hikes and children’s programs twice a week. Amphitheatre programs two or three nights a week explain the park’s natural and cultural history.
