Little Harbour, one of several notable harbours on the north coast of Nova Scotia, is known for great lobster fishing. The warm waters between Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island make the Northumberland Strait area great for harvesting the bounty of the sea, with lobster being the local favorite. Piles of lobster traps are a common site along the coast of Nova Scotia.
