Castle Mountain

Castle Mountain
Castle Mountain, originally named for its fortress or castle-like appearance, contains several high points including Helena Ridge (2,862 metres/9,390 feet), Stuart Knob (2,850 metres/9,350 feet) and Television Peak (2,970 metres/9,744 feet), the latter being named for the TV repeater located on top. Although, from the front, the mountain looks unclimbable, the peak can be ascended from the backside on the northeastern slopes.
